„Welcome to creativity“. With these words, we want to give you the opportunity to enter one of the most exciting industries of all – the creative industry. If you want to develop your creativity in your career and earn money with it, then you could be the ideal candidate for our new program. We would like to show you what is possible in our industry, what you should bring with you and how you can get started. Is a ‘creative push’ just the thing you’ve been looking for?
If so, we are very happy that you have found us: The ADC Welcome to Creativity Mentoring Program, supported by our partner Meta, gives young talent – and especially those from underrepresented groups – the chance to learn from the best creatives and get the tools for an exciting career in the creative world.

After a short application process, we would like to say “welcome to creativity”. Together with our mentors, you will have the opportunity to kick start your career in one of the most exciting industries, in just 4 weeks.
A selection of various Mentors, from different creative background, will be by your side and support you with their decade long experience.
Since your mentor will be supporting your career journey virtually, you will be able to take part at the ADC Welcome to creativity from the comfort of your home. The meetings will be personalized and organized together with your mentor yet will mainly be taking place digitally. However, some Events may occur in person, where in that case you would be receiving further information
A small step towards a career start and an exciting future within the thrilling creative industry. The mentoring program, held in February 2023 for 4 weeks, will bring skilled and experienced ADC Mentors together with young talents.
At the beginning of 2023, we will take 15 talents on a very special journey: For four weeks, mentors from a group of of ADC members will give an insight into their professional work and support the participants with valuable know-how and helpful tips on starting a career in the creative industry. Among other things, the following questions will be addressed:
